Minui Handysitt Portable Seat & High Chair - Antique

The Minui Handysitt is more than just a high chair. With its timeless Danish design and innovative features, the Handysitt offers the ultimate in convenience, style, and function. Designed for kids 6 months - 5 years old, the Portable Seat transforms just about any adult chair into a high chair. At only 5 pounds, it’s a space-saving and portable seating solution that makes everyday family life a little easier. When combined with the Chair, it instantly becomes a great looking freestanding high chair for the home that doubles as an adult chair and sturdy stepstool. And unlike usual high chairs that have trays that sit apart from the table, the Handysitt brings your child up to the table with you. Research shows that sitting together with the family at mealtime is an ideal place for language and social skill development. Now dining can become a time to bond and learn for baby. How It Works The Portable Seat’s feet slide into pop-up hinges on the Chair. A hidden magnetic system then powerfully connects the steel arms of the Portable Seat to the Chair. A twist and pull separates them. Steel arms on the Portable Seat slide and adjust to fit different adult chairs. Once the arms are correctly extended, they can be tightened by hand. Portability The Portable Seat quickly removes from the High Chair and folds flat so it’s easy to store or travel with. Hide it in a closet or car trunk, hang it on a wall, or stuff it in a suitcase. Folded, it measures 21.5″ × 3.5″ × 12.5″, and at only 5 pounds is the world’s most compact high chair. Versatility Because it’s a versatile wooden high chair and more, you’ll use it beyond the toddler years. Not many other high chairs can make that claim, and as your children grow, you won’t need to buy a high chair, then a booster seat, then a chair. With the addition of the StandAlone (sold separately), you can turn your Portable Seat into a freestanding chair that can be used anywhere. That’s a solid investment. Features: Portable seat folds completely flat so you can toss it in a closet or back seat of the car, hang it on a rack, or put it in a suitcase Brings your child up to the table with you, rather than sitting apart from the family. Chair holds up to 350 pounds!  It takes up little space with a compact footprint of 15" x 21". Adjustable footrest Portable seat also works on chairs with a back height of 12-18.5” and back width greater than 13.5”. Specifications: Made from FSC-certified birch wood and steel, it's a strong, durable and environmentally responsible product 3-year manufacturer warranty on all parts Meets all US (ASTM) and European (TUV) safety standards Gift Wrap not available.
